swimming, surfing, walking, sunbathing or just full-on relaxing. Stroll across from the beach to the array of
alfresco cafes that line the Esplanade, where you can order brekky, lunch or brunch then sit back & chill out
& just people watch while sipping an icy cold, healthy juice, a smoothie, a wine, a short black or even a
butterscotch mochaccino if the combo really grabs you!
The atmosphere in Mooloolaba is fun, the mood sultry, the attitude laidback
& the fashion statements abound. It’s in holiday mode, all the time. Mooloolaba shopping showcases the
best life has to offer; designer fashion including casual day wear, resort wear, formal evening wear,
incredible swimwear, sassy shoes, amazing jewellery, handbags & accessories, next door to stunning art
galleries, funky homewares & gifts—all those divine bits & pieces you see in magazines seem to appear

have a swim in the pool, a little rest, freshen up then head out again to experience Mooloolaba’s
nightlife.

romantic walk along the water’s edge at sunset?

Mooloolaba Tourism Information Booth located on the corner of Brisbane Rd & First Ave, just behind

of suggestions on where you can go to have holiday fun. They can book you in for tours & other activities
so you don’t miss out on the things you want to do.
Take advantage of this coastal destination & book in for a
fishing tour, cruise on the canals, snorkel in the sea or joyride on a jetski. At a depth of 27 metres, scuba
enthusiasts will be amazed at the ex-HMAS Brisbane & enjoy the possibility of actually diving into the engine
& boiler rooms.
Dive with sharks & swim with seals — experience the creatures of the
deep at UnderWater World. Australia Zoo Whale Encounters — Steve’s Whale 1 cruise boat is a luxurious
vessel that takes guests on an exclusive Australia Zoo Whale Encounter. Departing from The Wharf Mooloolaba,
it cruises the beautiful coast line of the Sunshine Coast in search of the majestic Humpback Whale during
whale watch season.
Home of "The Crocodile Hunter", Australia Zoo is regarded as the
ultimate wildlife adventure & a must-see attraction while on the coast. Situated on 70 acres & the home to
over 1000 animals, an adventure into the wild awaits. Don’t miss the show at The Crocoseum. Feed the elephants,
have an encounter with a tiger, hug a koala, be hugged by a python & don’t miss the staff feeding those massive
crocs, big, bold, nasty!
Known for its quirky architecture, Ettamogah Pub is a replica from the
famous Aussie cartoon strip & next-door is Aussie World, which boasts over 30 rides &
games.
The Big Kart Track is an opportunity to navigate go-kart chicanes,
hairpins & bends, a true adrenaline fix. Fast & furious!
The multi-award winning Ginger Factory at Yandina (originally at
Buderim many, many years ago) is a different experience that is both an informative & leisurely daytrip in
a peaceful setting.
For simplicity, enjoy a picturesque walk & experience the
aesthetic appeal of Mooloolaba. Stroll to the river marina & take in the nautical atmosphere.
Head southwards along Mooloolaba Beach & investigate the
lighthouse at Point Cartwright. Rollerblade, jog or power walk along the Esplanade & enjoy the sweeping views
of the northern beaches, Mudjimba Island & glorious Mt Coolum rising into the skyline.

For an experience unique to central Mooloolaba, visit the ‘loo
with a view’ a viewing platform right above the beach that has become world famous.
Have your photo taken with the Steve Irwin sculpture overlooking the beach on the grass area just
up near the taxi rank at Mooloolaba.
