Nautilus Reviews"Good location. The pool area is a hit with
kids.” "For the whole 8 days I was up in Mooloolaba I couldn't find anything to fault with the Nautilus. From checking in to the mid-stay clean & checking out all staff were friendly and helpful, Kristie & Noreen at reception more than happy to make suggestions on where to eat, etc around the area at the time of check-in." "The complex is well-located, being just a stones throw away from both the marina and the beach so walking to or from either is a very quick stroll and gives you a lot of options if you want to take a scenic walk. "Nautilus is also very close to shops, etc so you really don't need a car to get around if you aren't planning to go to other areas around the Sunshine Coast or Hinterland (and even if you do there are bus stops nearly right outside the front door). "Secure car park was a breeze to park in unlike some others in the area that make it quite awkward to park anything bigger than a midsize car and all car parking spots were nice and close to elevators (and having trolleys to carry baggage up to rooms is a great idea as well). "Even with the building fully booked out I had no problems with noise, etc from the complex itself and on Friday & Saturday nights the noise from the Esplanade wasn't as bad as the last place I stayed. "Inside, the apartments are well maintained and equipped and as the weather unfortunately deteriorated during my stay this was a big plus as i wouldn't have liked being stuck in a substandard room while a gale blows outside, because of the inclement weather I cooked more often than I was planning but the cooking facilities were more than adequate for preparing all sorts of meals (plus there are a wide range of places that will deliver to the apartments as well for those who don't want to cook). "I would recommend paying the little extra and getting an apartment with the rooftop spa and BBQ as sitting in the spa as the sun sets or cooking a BBQ while looking out over the marina is certainly a great way to relax although the pool and spa facilities on site looked good as well and the onsite Thai restaurant is highly recommended. "All up, one of the best places I've stayed up on the
Sunshine Coast and very good value for money in terms of bang for your buck. Looking forward to returning again." “What a great holiday resort” "I booked the Nautilus for a long (3 night) weekend with 3 friends. Initially disappointed not to have been able to secure an apartment in a more 'upmarket' place at Maroochydore, but happily it turned out Nautilus was probably not only a better choice but for less money." "Location is excellent - close to beach, Surf Club, great shopping and eateries, Underwater World and river cruises. We had a 2 bed/1 bath apartment with own terrace spa & BBQ - well worth the extra tariff. "Everything about the accommodation was satisfactory although
a second bathroom would have been convenient. All Staff we encountered were first class. "We are just back from 12 nights at Nautilus. Great location, friendly staff and apartment was clean and comfortable." "We paid a little extra and got a room with a rooftop. This had a BBQ, heated spa and a lovely table and chairs with a view of the water and the township. I would do this again as it was easy to put the kids in the spa and cook a BBQ dinner. "The kids enjoyed the
small mini golf course and pool. Undercover free parking was also a plus." Guests' reviews & comments sourced from accommodation testimonials & TripAdvisor.com | |||||||||||
