"We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor with spectacular views, the apartment was clean and we had everyting we needed. The reception staff were all very helpful and very friendly.

"The location was fantastic with the lift taking you straight down into the shopping and eating areas.

"There was no need for a car as everything is right at your door. We all had a wonderful time, thanks to the resort and its staff for making this such a lovely trip with our mum.”

"We stayed at the Zanzibar the weekend 6-8 June 2010 and had an absolutely fabulous stay. We stayed on the 7th floor, and walking in were amazed with what we saw - the apartment was large, spacious, clean and fitted with high quality furniture.

"The whole apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well fitted with all the appliances very clean and in excellent condition.

"Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach was just fabulous, we chose to have breakfast there rather than venture out, and also spent time in the evening watching the sun go down.

"The pool area was clean and tidy - and best of all the heated pool was heated to the perfect temperature. I didn't see anyone using the BBQ’s but these too looked to be kept very clean.

"The location of the Zanzibar is perfect - right in the centre of the Mooloolaba Esplanade, we didn't have much noise from the people down below, only the lorikeets at sunset tended to make any noise (and simply shutting the balcony doors cut all noise out).

"All in all, we had an excellent stay at the Zanzibar and wouldn't hesitate staying there again.”

"Great room, fantastic location. I recently stayed at Zanzibar with my partner and some friends for a weekend treat....and what a treat it was!

"I have been to Mooloolaba quite a few times for short weekend getaways with family and friends. The cafes are plentiful and many have great food.

"We normally stay in cheaper motels down the back of Mooloolaba and walk up each day.....but being able to take the lift downstairs and be right in the middle of the shopping and cafe district was wonderful.

"Location, Location, Location. Zanzibar is located in the heart of Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast. We stayed on the sixth floor, and the views from Noosa to Point Cartwright were just astounding.

"Although the weather was perfect, even if it had been raining, the balcony was well situated and you could easily sit out on it during a storm and watch the lightning show.

"The apartment was two bedroom, two bathroom and was beautifully appointed. The kitchen was extremely modern, with european appliances. Marble tiles throughout and modern, well ventilated!! (no steamy mirrors) bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom had a spa.

"Everything was clean and new looking. The carpet was fresh and unmarked - no worn tracks leading from doorways or room to room, which is my pet hate.

"When you leave your apartment and go down the lift, it opens out directly onto retail areas and restaurants. You literally can park your car for the whole time you are away - you will not need it.

"The patrolled beach is only a very short walk away. We liked the beautiful views and close proximity to the beach. Will definitely be back to enjoy Zanzibar in the future."

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased and we travel quite extensively around the world and have stayed in many hotels and apartments.
